The Army Central Fund’s main activities are to:

• Award annual block grants to:
  • Army Welfare Funds in UK and overseas
  • The Army Families Federation
  • The Army Sports Control Board
• Award grants to projects across the Army
• Award grants to charities for projects and activities that benefit the Army community

Purpose and Public Benefit

We seek to improve the well-being of the serving Army community to maintain morale and to help retain trained personnel.

Income

We receive no government funding and do not fundraise from the public or the Army community. Our main income comes from our capital investment and the dividends that this generates. Details are given in our Annual Report which is available here
